CE 2.6.0.5 Released

Hate to do two ISO's in one day but we are ahead of schedule so we rolled 2.6.0.5 today

- Dashboard fixes
- Install script fixes
- Asterisk / Zaptel fixes
- Refone support removed until bug is fixed
- OpenVox path added
