2.6.1 Beta Updates

CE 2.6.1 will be the version with the postfix changes and a number of other changes under the hood. I am keeping the changelog updated pretty much on a daily basis now.

Build Number: 2.6.0.10
Known issues: certain system packages did not get installed so things like nslookup do not work. We need a complete list made of everything that does not work. Once we get the remaining issues found we will roll a Beta 1 version.
