Fax Machine that you can set the baud rate

I have fax working, but I bought a new fax machine to replace a broken one, and it does not let me change the baud rate. Ouch. It takes about allot of tries on longer faxes to go through. Does anyone know of a fax machine that lets you change the baud rate. The 3 or 4 that I have looked at do not let you mess with the baud rate. This is a small business so it has to be of quality. Thanks.
