Asterisk config for conversion from H.323 to SIP?

Dears,

My issue is to get calls from H.323 and to send them to SIP through Asterisk trixbox v2.6.0.0.
Actually I've a Panasonic KX-TDA600 PBX on which I've installed an IP card. It is working on H.323. And I've a Planet IP-PBX hardware, which is making meet-me conferences. This hardware is working on SIP. So I want to receive calls(ISDN) from my extensions on Panasonic, route the calls to this IP-GW card on Panasonic, after that route them(via H.323) to Asterisk on TrixBox and finally send them(via SIP) to Planet Meet-Me.
Could someone give me working config files for Asterisk config for conversion from H.323 to SIP? Or where can I get a step-by-step to configure all this? I'm new in this.
