converting h323 to sip

dear frinds
here is my solusion :
i want to take a call from my h323 to my sip ext. , it's works fine. i send a call to h323 from my sip ext. and it's works fine too, here is my problem when i try to make a call from my h323 user to my trunk connected to PSTN asterisk responds "goodbye" , any idea?

Hello! Can you help me how to convert h323 to sip and sip to h323?
I have other server with gatekeeper on H323 and I want it to be my trunk for Asterisk. I'd create custom trunk H323/$OUTNUM%@XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX (my gatekeeper ip adress), but it doesn''t register. I'd install H323 cannel on my trixbox and add the ip of gatekeeper. Doesn't work! Can you tell me what to do? What is in your h323.conf files?
