I have just made a fresh install of 2.6.0.7 everything works normally. After updating tbmdhcp; hudliteserver; tbmhudliteadmin, i cannot use the system or settings tab.

system menu offers no dropdown menu; says everything is "uninstalled"
settings tab offers no dropdown menu; but will le me click on repositories manually on the page itself.

is there a fix for this anyone knows about?

Thanks in advance
wtodd

P.S. Have already reinstalled with a fresh download once; same result.

You need to update

You need to update tbm-guicore to the latest 2.6.1.0-4 in order to fix this bug. It's in the beta repositories.

In the admin screen of

In the admin screen of trixbox, go to "Settings" then to "Repositories" and activate "trixbox beta"

Log in with your username and password.

After you have successfully logged in... Click on "Packages"

Find "tbm-GUIcore" "2.6.1.0-1" and click on "Update" or "Install" (whichever applies)

Then scroll to bottom of page and click "Update" or "Install" (whichever you selected on tbm-GUIcore.) and wait while it does it's thing.

Note: In a previous post I stated 2.6.1.0-4, apparently it is 2.6.1.0.-1.

Mark,

Frankly I never noticed the trix repo tab before. I was using /etc/you/repo.d

Does the GUI script also update yum repo's?

Where are the locations being stored so we can look at them?

Thanks....Scott

Scott,

I'm not sure what /etc/you/repo.d is

As far as I am aware it updates yum repo's.

Are you looking for info such as is kept in /var/cache/yum ?

Sorry Mark typo. If you need

Sorry Mark typo.

If you need to include other repo's you can comment out the include in yum.conf and add your repo's to repo.d

After reading this it seems the wrong way to do this, I am also not sure where the trixbox repos are referenced.
