Anyone using Call Forwarding or Call Me without voice delay?

Is anyone using telasip able to use call forwarding or follow me without a huge voice delay? Whenever a call is forwarded from my trixbox machine there is a long delay. There is no delay for regular inbound and outbound calls. I am not sure if this is just happening with telasip or other providers or if it's just my box. If you use call forwarding or follow me without voice delays please post who yor voip provider is.
