caller ID clone x100p

Hi,
I got a trixbox 2.6.0 version and i have installed a x100p clone card.
I can make calls and receive calls via my pstn line (zap 1). However, when I receive calls Trixbox does not pass the caller id. Highly appreciate yoru advice.
(I am in the Uk.)
