Calls Drop @ 2:59.59 is this Asterisk or my Softphone? Emergency
I have noticed that after 2:59.59 (i.e. 3 hours) of call time... the call drops!
I have inbound toll free numbers going to an IVR (Broadcast), the caller enters their code... then it is answered by a softphone (XtenPro) with auto answer. If the calling party goes beyond 3 hours of talk time, the call drops. Many of the broadcast are 4+ hours (double headers).
Would this be a setting in Asterisk...restricting call time, or is this the softphone???
It is not a call restriction on the origination... it is inside this box somewhere.
Is there a .conf file in Asterisk that restricts the call time? If so, please let me know.
Any suggestions?
