Can't make outgoing calls "all circuits are busy now" after reinstall

Hi all,
I have recently reinstalled my trixbox due to some issues I was having with it (including this one) although this problem did not occur until the router was reset to factory defaults and previously outgoing calls were working fine.
The reinstall went ok but now I am still unable to make any outgoing calls (everything else is working fine now).
When trying to make an outgoing call (incoming work fine) it tells me "all circuits are busy now, please try again later".
If I go to PBX > PBX Status in the admin area I am seeing this: (username blanked out)
Name/username Host Dyn Nat ACL Port Status
sipgate/XXXXXXX 217.10.79.23 5060 UNREACHABLE
This seems like it might be a firewall/port forwarding issue? I have ports 5060, 5004 and 10000-20000 forwarded to the trixbox so I don't understand why it is saying this?
If I use my IP phones and connect them directly to sipgate, I can make outgoing calls ok yet with the same ports forwarded to the trixbox, it does not work!
Does anybody have any ideas/guides pointers as to how I can fix this?

Hi,
I don't have anything set in sip_nat.conf, do I need something in here? I can't remember whether I did before or not but I restored a backup and the other conf files I edited seem to be as they were before.
I don't think outgoing is using nat:
[sipgate]
context=from-pstn
dtmfmode=auto
fromdomain=sipgate.co.uk
fromuser=XXXXXXX
host=sipgate.co.uk
insecure=port, invite
nat=no
qualify=yes
secret=XXXXXXXX
type=friend
username=XXXXXXX
These settings were all working before the router was reset to default settings though.
