Updated:
This thread contains complete instructions to recompile Asterisk source
It is my understanding unless the module is compiled for your exact Asterisk binary you to to build all of Asterisk.
Somebody else may jump in to help (I hope) but you need to obtain the packages from Digium, when we used to have to do the 1.2 Metermaid patch this was down with wget not using the RPM package mananger.
Scott
I need to compile only astrisk and asterisk-addon without libpri compile and zaptel?
Do I risk losing chan_mobile?
ps: I am sure that I install a version 2.6 (O.2 or 0.5) having a result the (capi info in CLI mode).
So is this the fact of having made a "yum update" (from the asterisk version 1.4.18 to 1.4.19.1), which meant that I lose chan_capi.so!?
I don't know!!
So i try to recompiling asterisk.
