Changing IVR 'i' and 't' options

FreePBX seems to have new variables for invalid entrys and timeouts when callers are within an IVR menu, but I can't find where to customize them. The main Digital Receptionist screen describes what the default settings are for 'i' and 't', but does not offer a way to customize them. Anyone have the answer?

Thanks,
Rob

Re: Changing IVR 'i' and 't' options

Rob,

Use those options as options for the IVR. For example, if you want someone to be able to press "1" for ext. 223, and have an invalid response or a timeout go to 223's voicemail, you would setup an IVR with three options. Type "1" in the first box, and select Core System, extension 223. Type "i" in the second box, and select Core System, voicemail 223. Type "t" in the third box, and select Core System, voicemail 223.
