I think this would depend on

I think this would depend on how you are connecting to that cell phone. PSTN, ISDN, SIP Trunk, etc. The method of hang up detection will be effected by the method of connectivity.

I'm Connected via ZAP

I'm Connected via ZAP trunks, Thats PSTN.
when I'm calling via the PSTN (bypassing the trixbox) and hangup the cellphone hangs up immediately. but the PSTN line through the Trixbox, theres this delay.

I have a similar problem,

I have a similar problem, not 100% sure that its due to using a cell, but every morning when I come in to work there are at least 2 ZAP PSTN trunks being held up and it usually says they've been held up for like 15-19 hrs. I always have to check throughout the day to make sure the lines aren't being held up so my customers dont get busy signals.

I really need to get this

I really need to get this figured out, my trunks are filling up and calls arent coming through. I did a little research and found the 'rtptimeout=60' thing, but I dont know if it applies to my setup or even where to enter it.

Anyone out there know whats going on?
