Deleted Account and Box crashed with fatal error

I had just deleted and IAX account and received the following error:

1 error(s) occured, you should view the notification log on the dashboard or main screen to check for more details
Before I knew it, the entire box crashed. First time! I never had a change to see the dashboard.
So I figured, no big deal, it ran for three months without a hitch, so I can accept that.
Then when I went to log back in after I had someone reboot the box locally (by the way, they had saw some sort of ciritcal sync error is Kernel 0) it came back up.
I logged into MAINT and I saw an error that said “Could not delete mailbox” with an option to delete.
I deleted and the box crashed again.
So now I am avoiding any interaction until I get some advice.
I am backing up the entire system for safety and it is almost complete.
Any ideas what is happening?
Is there a log I can look at that might share some light?
