Could anyone explain what is DID/CID in inbound routes and SIP trunk incoming settings for ?

You used to be able to set a

You used to be able to set a Zapchannel to an inbound route. Now in the newer version you assign a pseudo DID that can then be routed the same way as a real DID.

It keeps the logic all similar.

The feature allows you to assign a DID number (it's not a real number just an index) to a trunk.

You can then route it like any other DID.
