First of all,

Maybe i am posting it on a wrong forms. I am searching on google for a long time. and cant find a way. thats why i am posting it here..to share if someone could help me.

thank you.

the problem is like this,

i am elastix the latest version.

in webgui elastix - reports - billing
there is a custom rates and default rates.

when i add a new rate in it. and make some calls it always calculate the report with base on the default rate configuration. i cant find a way to change that.

Hello, are you using a2billing? I am sure this can easily be resolve. Did you check the elastix forum?

thank u for reply me.

i am not using the a2billing. Just the Elastix Billing rates.
already try to sign up for member at elastix site with 3 different mails...i should get an confirmation activation mail...i never received them.

That is a totally different and competing platform. That's like going to a netgear forum and asking for Cisco support isnt it?

The thing is, you are looking for some expertise from someone here on the trixbox site. Most people who post on here are experts on trixbox. If this is an elastix specific function, your chances are slim anyone here will be able to help you.
