Errors when I access via browser

Getting the following errors at the top of the page when accessing through a browser. Anybody have any ideas?? Thanks!

These type of errors are

These type of errors are almost always traceable to a corrupt install. This is usually the result of media errors on the burn. Before you install trixbox run the media check program (press ? at first install prompt). Do not install if the media does not test successfully.

The system had been working

The system had been working perfectly for over 6 months until yesterday. Over the weekend it randomly crashed. So I updated the backup module to be sure I was getting good backups and that's when I think the errors started. Not sure why I did that except updating sometimes just feels good...

I ended up rebooting the

I ended up rebooting the system and for some reason theerrors didn't come up until after 30 minutes so I was able to uninstall the backup module and system is now stable. I also ran fsck on boot and repaired several damaged files. Any ideas on how to revert to an old version of the backup module?
