flash panel on external tb not showing calls

The title pretty much says it all.
I have a trixbox on another location which im accessing through my browser.
I've also made port-forwarding to a SPA3102.
By accesing the spa3102 i can see there's a call going on on the tb, but if i look at the flash panel it doesnt show the call.
Anyone seen this before? or got any ideas?

Because the flashpanel is local to the TB install, I have to assume the flashpanel is not working either locally or remotely. The next step I would do is attempt to connect again (to put a fresh entry in the logfile) and then check the asterisk logfile for any access or flash application errors. If using a more recent version of FreePBX you can get the log file in the tools section.
