grandstream gxp-2000 with iLBC

I'm using grandstream gxp-2000. they work fine with ulaw. But if I try to use iLBC when I check my voice mail the voice is very choppy, both voice mail prompt and the message. However when I talk on the phone to another endpoint the voice is fine.

Any one has any idea why is this happening?

No one is using grandstream gxp-2000 with iLBC? Please let us know how you do it.

I use ilbc with Grandstream

I use ilbc with Grandstream HT486, HT496, and HT502 systems. I have not seen issues with ilbc on any of those ATAs. I do not use ilbc on any other phone or ATA.

Is your server up to the task of transcoding?

My server is up for transcoding.

But When I call another phone, the voice is ok. Only when I check my voice mail the voice is choppy. Both the voicemail prompt and the voice message are choppy. Cannot think of why.
