Help with Ethan's presence module

Hi folks,

I successfully installed the script in my test environment and it worked flawlessly. when I tried it in production however I ran into problems. When I select Status on my 57i's I get the Loading Page ... message then it goes back to the main menu. I scrubbed the test box and installed again and it worked fine until I changed the default passwords for AMPDBUSER, AMPMGRUSER, asteriskuser and maint. I am not sure which one caused the problem and not sure where Ethan's script stores passwords, if at all. Any guidance would be appreciated. thanks.
