Help needed for calls redirection

Could anybody please take a look at this problem?

I have a TB CE 2.6.1 working perfectly at my house.
I have only one trunk: a SIP line from Euteliavoip which is enough for me and works very well.
I have four extensions that I put in a Ring Group called “Main” and ringing all together.
I work in two different offices and I’m trying to redirect all my incoming calls to Office1 OR to Office2 OR to my Cell. Phone.

So what I did was to set up three “Misc Destinations” called “Office1”, “Office2” and “CellPhone”

Then I set up three “Day/Night Control” : “ToOffice1”, “ToOffice2” and “ToCellPhone”
In day mode they all point to Ring Group “Main”, and in Night Mode each of them point to the relative Misc Destination.

I have only one “Inbound Route”, “MyPhoneNumber/AnyCID”, and this is my problem:

1) either I set its Destination to Ring Group “Main” and cannot redirect incoming calls to any of my offices or Cell Phone.
2) or I set it to Day/Night Control “ToOffice1” and can switch between my house and Office1 dealing “*280#” from any extension
3) or I set it to Day/Night Control “ToOffice2” and can switch between my house and Office2 dealing “*281#” from any extension.
4) or I set it to Day/Night Control “ToCellPhone” and can switch between my house and my Cell Phone dealing “*282#” from any extension.

But to change the Destination of the Inbound Route I have to turn on a Computer and connect to the TB box through the web which takes quite al long time and doing it 3 or 4 times a day is not practical at all.

Can anybody please teach me a way to set up my TB box so that I can redirect all incoming calls either to one external number OR to a second one OR to a third one simply dealing a different code for each destination from an internal extension (*280# and *281# and *282# would be fine, but any other would do)?

Please excuse my poor English: I just hope I managed to explain everything clearly enough.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Giuliano

Setup a queue group and log

Setup a queue group and log into the queue from each location.

You will have to get real tricky and add a custom extension that is hidden in your IVR to allow you to get to the agent login remotely.
