I cannot activate my system :(

Dear forum I have download the trixbox iso from the link provided in the email I reeived and after installing the trixbox I can't activate the system. I tried from the box it self, putty and the cp.trixbox.com . I use the username tbadmin122353 and the password provided but no luck...
The system has Internet access as I have fowarded the ports 80, 443 and 22. Putty with the public IP works fine.. its not static but if you could try 124.179.208.230 before the IP chages you should be able to login.

I have tried activating from CLI mode and CLI via Putty(ssh).. I believe that the box has a full access to the Internet...If it is posible for someone to activate it via putty over the net and email me the password.. The really need this to work. The same IP address is still active.
I have tried another username and password but not luck.. Its a remote system and it has not activated before..

You can ONLY activate it

You can ONLY activate it from the console and only YOU have the login and password to do so. During the activation process it will check for internet access and allow you to make changes to your IP configuration in order to get your internet access to the system working. If you are having issues getting internet access to the server then you need to talk with whoever manages your firewall and routers.
If needed you can try

If needed you can try setting your root password by doing the following.
1) Type Activate at the login window
2) Get to the point where it prompts your for options 1-3 (Something About IP etc..)
3) While in there type in "sh" without the quotes and press enter.
4) While in there type passwd ( set your root password to something really really hard)
5) Type Ctrl-C to quit back to the main login window
6) Open up SSH from a local computer an log in to your Trixbox using the root and password your created.
7) type in "cd /Fonality/
8) type in "./Activate.pl"
9) Follow instructions.
See if you can enable from console....
