Inbound and Outbound Call recording issue.

Hi Guys,

Hope you will be able to help, this one has had me pulling my hair out for a week now.

Calls from our Box work perfect, out an ISDN link. (TE110P)

However from time to time we are doing interviews and require to be able to record our calls, to do this the caller hits *1 from within the call. Recording starts, but after a few seconds of perfect recording we get white noise. The call however is fine, its just the recording of it that is all sketchey.

I have tried doing a "yum update" as well as changing the recording format to GSM to no avail.

Ive also tested extension to extension and the same issue happens, so im assuming that means it has nothing to do with zaptel drivers as it doesn't even touch the zap channel and I get same results.

Anyone able to point me in the right direction to resolve this?
