Incoming call

Hi people......
I hope someone can help......I have been going round and round and round lol
I have setup an incoming route for a number eg. 01224 123456 if that number is dialled it works fine.....If the person calling in has a witheld num,ber they get a standard (not asterisk) "sorry there is a fault" if that same person redialls without witholding their number it works fine..... This is purely SIP, I can also dial out fine.......
I have tried changing the setting in general option "Allow Anonymous Inbound SIP Calls?" I have now changed this to yes, which makes no difference........
Have I missed something?????

The provider is gradwell, I know their normal accounts dont restricted calls, I will ask them tomorrow.....
I had exactly the same issue with the vmware option of trixbox, and although it is the standard telephone operator the call does appear on the console of the trixbox first........Is the trix box telling the teleco that the number is unavailable??? I have has a look in sip.conf which does have an option for "unkown" callers, but changing it doesnt help either.......

I'm having this same issue!!
This happens with an extention that i have assigned an inbound route route and the callers nummber is witheld (otherwise it is ok).
However if a witheld party calls an IVR, they can connect to a subsequent extention fine..
please help cheers
