maint page doesnt work!

Hi,
I have uninstalled and re-insalled my trixbox several times but still get the same error-
When I am on the maint page the menu items dont work at all!
I cannot for example select the PBX and get the drop down menu, it just doesnt work!
My old PBX on v2.2 works fine
However this one which is totally up to date doesnt work
Even if I try the url manually, I just get the header & footers of the html page, but no content!
i.e. http://pbx/maint/index.php?configEdit comes up blank apart from the TB logo, header & footer !
Is it a setting for apache or PHP that may be causing this???

I can no longer do a re-install from CD, there has been too much work done on the system since the original install!
I've tried un-installing and re-installing from yum, but it doesnt seem to help.
Is there something that may be missing? or a setting incorrect somewhere??

However the version of tbm-GUIcore it refers to doesnt seem to be available in any of the repositories, including the beta
