New problem that i have never seen before

I have installed the latest version of trixbox ce. all seemed good but not so.

When the customer goes to call into a conference service with att or with some other providers they are not able to enter in a pin. This also happens on someone else's IVR that when they go to enter an option nothing happens. I have watched in the asterisk console and i don't see that it see any of the key presses when this happens.

I am not sure what to look at for this. Any ideas?

Change your DTMF settings

Change your DTMF settings for your trunks.
Alternate between rfc2283 and in-band and test DTMF.

This is usually a problem with SIP trunks

but I have seen it a couple of times with PRI's here in Albuquerque - complain loudly to your provider - this should not be happening.
