Outgoing calls clicking - Worked fine before

Users call me yesterday and said when they try to make a call there is a loud clicking on the lines. It sounds terrible. Incoming calls work fine but there is awful echo on their side.

I yum updated yesterday and rebooted the system and no change. They called Cox to check the lines and they said they were fine.

They have 2 analog lines and a Rhino RCBFXX is in the system.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem after an update - did you get to the bottom of this?

The Rhino card was bad. I

The Rhino card was bad.

I think I found problems in dmesg where it said the Rhino card could not update firmware. Rhino tech support said the card was bad and replaced it.
