Please help! Announcements hanging/dead air

Hello,

I'm in a bit of a pickle. I've scoured the internet and these forums, but can't find any examples of/solutions for my issue. I recently freshly installed trix 2.6.0.7 onto a server and everything was working beautifully. I set the server up in my location (Florida) and then shipped it to another (North Carolina) to replace an old Mitel system. The server is up and running in the new location, but I'm having a somewhat serious issue: Announcement steps in a call hang and all I hear is dead air. I have used both X-Lite and a Soundpoint IP 430 (both phones register properly and can call each other without incident) to make test calls to voicemail and my front desk autoattendant. Both of these features worked properly before I sent the server to its new location. At first I thought this was just an issue with *my* phones as I'm registering remotely, however our on-site tech confirms that he, too, is having the same problem. Here are the logs of a test call to voicemail:

...and the call just hangs here until I hang up. Again, everything worked properly before I shipped out the server. Could this be a hardware issue that arose as a result of shipping? Thanks very much in advance for any help you can provide.

Art

P.S. No, Happy Gilmore isn't my actual caller ID. Changed for client's protection.

Any ideas, folks? This

Any ideas, folks? This really has me stumped and I'd much rather fix the issue than reinstall trix. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is this a pure voip environment? If so, have you checked into the timing?
