Is there a way to configure trixbox/pbx so that when an inbound caller reaches an extension's mailbox (unavailable message) that the caller can press 0 (or some other number) and get directed to a call group or IVR?
In pbx config, go to general settings and you can specify an operator extension. Direct it to a ring group or where ever you want it to go to
