I use the latest version of trixbox with phones sip Linksys spa942
I can not log in a queue.
What is the procedure to log in the queue? I have 5 code, from 1 to 5.
When any user can answer the phone calls I would like calling not entered in the queue, but goes directly into voicemail.

You can log in and out of a

You can log in and out of a queue by using the * and ** appended to the queue number.

example: 200* and 200** if your queue group is 200.

There's also the *11 and *12 feature codes, but I haven't had much luck with that. You can always create your own context that handles logging in and out of queues in the manner you desire.

If neither of the above works, make sure you actually have a dial plan that supports whatever you're dialing.

thanks, works great with 2* and 2** (2 is my queue number).
Since I can respond to different code (1,3,4,5) how can I sign off from all queue with a single command?
In queue commands there's: "join empty" and "leave when empty": what is the difference? How will it be used? When agents of queue 1,3,4,5 are not available as we do to prevent callers from entering those code?

Join empty needs to be set

Join empty needs to be set to no for you, and ensure the fallover destination takes them back to your IVR.

Since I belong to different queues, there is a single command to connect and disconnect from different queue?

Queue members are supposed

Queue members are supposed to be yellow in FOP. You can probably change that in the FOP configuration files if it bugs you. (I bugs me because it's not consistent -- sometimes people will be yellow when in a queue and other times not. But we gave up on FOP a while back for everything except troubleshooting.)

I apologize, the FOP works

I apologize, the FOP works well. Some operators were like static agents in other queue. Now I pulled out all the static agents from all queue, and when they are logged on the light is yellow.
