Remote Software SIP Phone - No Audio

Alright well as if I haven't asked enough questions (thanks for the help though). I have a Remote Software Phone setup for testing using x-lite and the phone registers and can make and receive calls however it cannot hear anything or send any audio.

This bit, is an error with one of your config files, have a look at :
http://www.sureteq.com/asterisk/trixboxv2.4.htm

And make sure all your passwords and conf files are setup.
