remove ZAP card, Asterisk won't start
I've just encountered this on a TB 2.2 system (when I pulled the TDM422B card to put in the new system), can someone tell me how to fix it in 2.2 so I can still read parameters from the old box, or ensure me it's been FITNR?
When I pulled the TDM card, the server boots just fine, but can't start Asterisk. I've tried the 'remove hardware configuration' on boot, and did genzaptelconfig to no avail. The tail of /var/log/asterisk/full shows:

How do I get the machine back up?
Thanks!
