SugarCRM missing?
Hello, hopefully you can help me from going mad here.
Everything that I read about TB2.3 says that it has SugarCRM built in. Great - downloaded 2.3.0.7 BETA ISO to re-do my aging and flailing 2.0.3 TB. But SugarCRM is nowhere to be seen?
There is no link on the main page for it, there is no reference in package manager, and if I type http://ip.address/CRM (which has previously taken me to it) I get a page cannot be found Apache error.
I am quite new to Linux and trixbox, but I have been playing with it on and off since version 2.0 and I do like it a lot. I just don't know where to turn when things like this happen. I have searched the forums and the web and I can find no reference to it needing to be installed manually, nor how to do so.
Have I just got a broken install? Is there a way to manually install SugarCRM with all the TB integration goodies that you normally get?
Thanks in advance.
Jon
Hi Kerry,
Thanks for getting back to me. You know, I had a funny feeling that was the case. I probably wasnt reading the press release (http://www.trixbox.com/about-us/news/press-releases/trixbox-2-4-l...) correctly - as it states version 2.4 not the version 2.3 beta that is currently available for download.
Am I correct in thinking that 2.4 WILL have sugarcrm, as per the press release? Or is Sugarcrm being dropped as of 2.3 beta onwards?
Thanks again...
