Three issues after reinstall of Trixbox Pro

After reinstalling Trixbox Pro (126998) I am having three issues:
1. Error saying "configuration error". Basically it's saying they couldn't download recent changes to my server. But it did download all my previous settings etc. Just that message won't go away.
2. I can call the pbx, select an extension, it allows me to leave a voicemail if the extension isn't answered. But, when I check the voicemail, there is no message there.
3. I am having the issue of not recognizing the DTMF when dialing in, I change the DTMFMode to "auto" which corrects it, but when I make any other changes it reverts the DTMFMode back to "info".
Anybody have the fixes for these issues?
