Trouble when adding tbm-hudlite in package manager

When tbm-hudlite is added through the package manager
In trixbox admin screen:
Drop down menus "System" and "Settings" don't drop down.
Double clicking on "System" then shows all components in that window are not installed, even though they are installed and showed "installed" prior to installing tbm-hudamin 2.6.1.0-3. They were usable before and now are not usable.
Double clicking on "Settings" shows both items as installed.
Hudlite never shows up under the drop down menu "Asterisk"
This problem was consistent throughout a load of trixbox 2.6.0.7 on several servers.
