Unable to add MOH on 2.6

Not sure if anybody else is seeing this, but can't find anything in the forum.
When I try and add an MP3 file using the MOH module in FreePBX it bombs when I click on the upload button. I go through the usual process, but when I click upload I get the warning dialog about "Please wait ..." and then it jumps to the FreePBX System Status screen.
Permissions are okay, because I can manually copy a file into the MOH folder and it appears on the MOH list in FreePBX.
Using TB 2.6.0.7 with the FreePBX MOH module 2.4.0.1
