web admin not responding

Hi,
I am experimenting with Trixbox CE, but have run into difficulties. I am using the vmware version of CE, and have changed the IP using netconfig. The server starts albeit very slowly, and logging into the console shows the IP has changed. But when I try to access the admin via the web, and switch to admin mode, the site stops responding. I cannot therefore administer asterisk.
Any ideas what the problem is and how to resolve it?

Depending on the machine your using to run vmware, it may be that php is running out of memory when attempting to load the /maint page. I've seen that be a problem before and it manifests itself in several strange ways. Try increasing the memory to you virtual machine and see if that helps.
