Freelance Job -IVR Integration

Hi there. We are currently using a billing software called Mor (www.kolmisoft.com/mor) and are interested in adding IVR functionality to it as it is built on asterisk. The GUI is Ruby-on-Rails and the rest is pretty standard. We are looking at something like Phonepeople etc.
