Trixbox misbehavin'!!

We have a trixbox that works fabulously for some trunks and misbehaves for others. We have tried everything and just cannot understand whats wrong...

Here's the issue:

We have several SIP trunks from various suppliers on the trixbox including SIPGATE, coms.com & voipfone.co.uk. We have some really good numbers from euteliavoip and would really love to use their trunks for incoming calls, however we cannot because each time an incoming call connects it disconnects after exactly 11 seconds.

The trixbox is set up like this:

ADSL Router 192.168.1.1 (192.168.1.0/24) DMZ'd (static Public IP) > Trixbox Eth0 192.168.1.2 : Eth1 192.168.4.200 > all phones on 192.168.4.0/24 network.

Anyone out there willing to take this on will be remunerated handsomely!!

does it ...

disconnect the call or it goes to voicemail or some other application you have installed.
check the logs.
