Hello,

Were about to buy a few phones and would like your opinion on which is best. We CANNOT have any echo, don't need dual Ethernet ports or POE, want a decent speakerphone and support for atleast 4 lines.

We are looking for something under $150 and have compiled a list of these three:

Aastra 9133i - $125 + Shipping
Linksys SPA941 - $125 + Shipping
Grandstream GXP-2000 - $80 + Shipping

I have read that the Aastra is a very good phone but I would like to know your opinion on it when compared to the linksys and Grandstream. The Grandstream is almost half that of the others but how does it compare? Is it junk?

We wil be using our phones in a small office with 4-6 extensions and growing.

Also feel free to let me know if you have a better suggestion than the ones listed above.

Thanks in advance!

I WILL NEVER use another

I WILL NEVER use another Grandstream! The GXP2000 is total junk. I am an Aastra convert. I use the 480i CT but I am sure the other Aastra models are good.

Yep... James nailed it. Go

Yep... James nailed it. Go for the Aastra. Their support is good also. The 9133i is a good phone... speaker is good. The 480i is better, but it is also about double the price.

I don't want to sound like a broken record but I am also VERY much an Aastra fan.

If you want good speakerphone most DEFINITELY take the GXP2000 OFF your list!

Yes, it does have a headset

Yes, it does have a headset jack and built in headset amp. It is a RJ9 jack so it can accept telco headsets such as the GN Netcom 405 flex or Plantronics supra plus P251

You can go here for a little

You can go here for a little more research.

and here is a link to a pdf that gives a good side by side comparison of their models.

I've got the GXP2000 and

I've got the GXP2000 and works great. What was the problem? Transfers calls, good speakerphone, conferences, 4 lines, etc.
I need to buy 10 new phones this week, but after reading your comments I don't know if I should go for it... HAven't try the Aastra jet but they are more expensive...

We bought 7 Grandstream phones about 1 month ago

Now one is totally dead: I can't update the server's address. Every time I rebooted the phone, it hang on there for 1 min and went back to that 1.1.1900 idiot face...
