Automatic Call Distribution on trixbox

I would like to test a small Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system with 4-5 agents using trixbox.
Could somebody help with any valuable link or open source solution? Thanks.

We are using Trixbox with 20 ACD users with no issues I am using Aastra 55i and 57i sets with digium TE220P 2 T1 card with Octasic echo canceller. I have a 24 port POE Linksys switch. This system has been in operation for 2 months with 1000 calls per day. I also have a HP DL320G5 server. Another solution is using an HP 7620 Pavillion Slimline with Sangoma A200 analog adapter with echo canceller and 4 Polycom 501 sets and a Netgear POE switch. That solution has been in operation for 13 months with Trixbox 1.2 to Trixbox 2.2 updated recently. If you need reports for agents I have not found a free solution as of yet. However Trixbox Freepbx and asterisk are a great solution so far. I have also been testing SipxPBX another open source project that does have ACD reports for Free with the latest image.
