Box hangs on reboot after zap card (x100p) install [resolved]

I used to be able to remotely reboot my Trixbox until yesterday. I installed a X100p I got from x100p.com and followed the instructions in this forum to get it working. I had to add the card to get 911 to work.

Card works great, but, now I cant go to Trixbox Maintenance and use the Reboot button anymore... The box sticks on reboot and I have to manually power it off and back on.

Anybody else have this problem? Any idea how to fix?

Thanks

RESOLVED: I Hooked up a monitor and saw that the zap drivers would not close correctly during reboot and that created the Kernal panic, various forum posts tried and failed to fix....

FIX: Add the following to /etc/sysctl.conf:

kernel.panic = 20

This will reboot the box after 20 seconds... messy... but a fix none the less....

Have you tried watching the

Have you tried watching the shutdown from a console? I would do that and see where it hangs

Running Headless

I guess I should try that... I have been running the box compleatley headless (no montitor) since the initial install... Was able to install the card headless as well :)
