Broken Ring

Here's a weird issue I'm having. I just got a SPA2102-NA, and it's working fine, connected to trixbox. When I call in from the outside, the analog phone connected to my SPA rings fine, but the ring is "broken" for lack of a better word. So when my phone rings, it does something like this: Imagine each line is a normal sounding ring, and the spaces are silence coming from the analog phone - below the phone rings three times)

xxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx

It's pretty random when the ring will break. I've tried a different analog phone with the same results. I can also call into a softphone on my computer and it rings fine. I'm not sure where to even start on this one, so if anybody has any suggestions I'd be happy to hear them.
