Call redirection after MOH

Hello,

I have the following task and need your suggestion.

All incoming sip calls are going to moh. Is it possible to redirect a call to an outbound sip route after playing a 20 sec. mp3 file?

Are you sure you don't just want an IVR with a 20 second announcement, and then a timeout option to redirect somewhere else?

Yes, we need to play an announcement and only after that redirect a call to another sip destination. We have to notify our clients, before we can allow a call.
