Call Transfer Problems

Hi All,

We have been experiencing some strange problems with Call Transfer from our SNOM360 phones here in our office.

Our reception is configured with 4 lines for calls. When she is already on the line with a call and a second line rings, she attempts to perform a call transfer (with the first caller). However, the incoming call that was ringing ends up being transferred instead of the original caller.

Also, she has noticed the same problem if she has multiple lines answered and other callers are on hold. When she goes to transfer the active line it appears that one of the on hold lines is transferred instead.

She is not performing a blind transfer but rather putting the caller on hold first, dialing the destination phone number to announce there is a call, and then hit the transfer button.

Any thoughts to this problem or has anyone else experienced this issue?
