Cannot get incoming PSTN calls working / ringing on extensions

Hello all:

I am running TB 2.6.02 and I have installed an x100P card. I have a x-lite softphone and 2 cisco 7960 phones attached to the system. I have created a ring group that includes all of the extensions. I have one inbound route (any did / cid) and it is directed to the ring group.

I can make outgoing calls without any problems to the pstn as well as the internal extensions. However when an incoming call is received none of the extensions ring but the analog phone that is attached to the x100p phone port rings.

When I dial 7777 on an extension the handsets all ring.

Am I missing something in my setup????? I want the incoming call to ring on all of the handsets.
