Can't talk from external with softphone

Hello,

I'm trying connect to home TB from my office with 2 softphone, I can see the mic red bar
but can't talk with other.... I think some port need to open, I already opened 10000-2000
5060 all is UDP.

I have had the same problems for the longest time I thought it was a LAN issue. I was changing port addys around on my firewall and TB. I then found out it was my voip provider. When using Vitelity it works great when using my other voip provider RTP does not establish.
