Configure trixbox pro ( not working)

Please can someone help me?
How do i configure extensions in the trixbox pro?
I go to the web interface and when i try do someting it takes a lot of time and my connection is 2mb.and there is that message that apears telling me "that it cannot connect to my trixbox server an will try again in 15minutes".
