Dial order number to connect to customer?

I'm wondering if there is an extension or something where I would be able to dial something like 2xxxxx and my trixbox would take that number and using ODBC or something would query my database online for the telephone number of the order that matches the number that was dialed and then dial out the number that is returned in the query?
Example:
Customer places an order and has a phone number of 212-555-8493 and their order number is 209445. On my phone I dial 209445 and the phone actually connects to 212-555-8493.
