FreePBX 2.3.1.3 with Trixbox 2.4.2 - Problems reporting trunks in use ?

Have just struck a weird issue on a new 2.4.x install. FreePBX is reporting that the trunk Brisbane-Melbourne is in use by 1 route - when clearly in the configuration (per my notes below), the trunk is in use by 2 routes. anyone else seen this in tb 2.4.x ?
I have tested the trunk and both routes... all are doing what they should with failover to local zap card working correctly. (note that Melb ZAP main dial route has both 9|. and 03. as dial patterns to cater for brisbane sourced calls. trunk has been created using from-internal context.
